We have worked with L&M construction on multiple projects including an addition of a garage and a mud room, a kitchen redo, a new 1/2 bath, two decks, and finishing our basement which included a 3/4 bath. Their sub-contractors are quality workers and L&M manages them well so that you don't have to..
L&M kept our house neat and clean during all of our renovations allowing us to remain in our house even during the biggest jobs.
L&M provides a very thorough and complete estimate of work so that you know up front what the cost will be. The only extras we had to pay were for additional items we wanted outside the original scope of work.
Jim & Rick are easy to talk to, they keep you in the loop on what is going on, they know the right products to use to make sure there aren't problems in the future, and they stand behind their work!
We would use L&M again for our next project and we recommend them to our friends.
